Fairborn Digital Academy is seeking an Administrative Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our school beginning March 1, 2026.

Fairborn Digital Academy serves students for whom traditional systems are not working. As a public dropout prevention and recovery high school, our work is grounded in relationships, trust, and structure. We provide a safe, secure, and supportive environment where students can stay on the path to graduation and build a foundation for life beyond high school.

This position plays a central role in supporting a school community of approximately 250 students and 25 staff members. The administrative office is often the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors, and it serves as the operational backbone of the school.

Our staff works closely together in a smaller environment that allows us to build strong relationships that foster accountability and success. Accountability coaches, administrators, and support staff collaborate daily to meet students where they are and help them move forward.
