Fairborn, Ohio—Fairborn Digital Academy (FDA) proudly congratulates Skylar Fouch on being selected as the 2025 DAR Good Citizen. This prestigious recognition, presented by the Rebecca Galloway Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), celebrates Skylar’s exceptional qualities of dependability, service, leadership, and patriotism.

The DAR Good Citizen Award and Scholarship Contest, established in 1934, recognizes outstanding high school seniors who exemplify dedication to their homes, schools, and communities. Skylar’s nomination, selected by FDA staff, highlights their commitment to making a positive impact and serving as a role model for peers.

DAR is a non-political, nonprofit women’s service organization with a mission to promote historic preservation, patriotism, and education. The Rebecca Galloway Chapter, an active presence in Fairborn, has worked tirelessly to uplift local youth through initiatives like this award.

Skylar’s achievement was celebrated with a ceremony featuring representatives from FDA and DAR, including Erik Tritsch, Janet Walker, Martha Riddle, Debi Hicks, Jessica Biggers, Courtney Patrick, Melissa Gillis, and Sheila Grimm, Skylar’s coach.
